Congratulations to the 2020 ORV Trail Fund Grant Recipients! The ORV Trail Fund administered in partnership with Recreation Sites & Trails BC and the BC Powersports Coalition (ATVBC, BCORMA, BCSF) is funded by a portion of your ORV registration fees collected by ICBC, to enhance off-road vehicle trails in BC.
Thank you to all the clubs and volunteers that submitted outstanding proposals, with the following organizations successfully receiving $68,500 in funding for ATV trails in BC:
Arrow Lakes ATV Club – rehabilitation of resource road, including brushing, cleaning of ditches and water bars, removal of danger trees
Grizzly Valley ATV Club – cleaning and brushing existing trails that have become unusable due to deadfall and vegetation growth in the Tumbler Ridge Trail Network
Logan Lake Community Forest Corporation – construction of two ORV trail re-routes near Logan Lake and improving existing infrastructure
Shuswap Backcountry Riders Society – addition of two large kiosks at the trailhead and ORV friendly campground, picnic tables and trail maintenance
Tabor Mountain Recreation Society – water management and trail surfacing improvements on trail connecting North & South faces
Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association – in partnership with ATVBC to plan and develop ORV recreational tourism opportunities

The next intake of applications to the ORV Trail Fund will begin in early 2021
