PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD –

FrontCounter BC has advised ORC of a Crown Land Tenure application for adventure tourism/commercial recreation. This is an amendment for an existing Licence of Occupation – Adventure Tourism to legalize three existing cabins.
The public is invited to comment. Responses are due by April 9, 2017. If no response is received by the deadline, the application and adjudication process will move ahead.

Sizes (Area) in ha. (approx.): 0.75 ha approx. for all three sites.
Term of Proposal: 45 years.
